By accessing or using MedusaEdge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
MedusaEdge provides automated cryptocurrency trading signals and execution tools. The Platform connects to third-party exchanges (Binance, Bitget) via user-provided API keys to execute trades on the user's behalf based on quantitative trading strategies.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and exchange API keys. You must not share your credentials with third parties. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of trading strategies does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. MedusaEdge does not provide financial advice and is not responsible for trading losses.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free execution, or specific financial returns. Strategy performance shown on the Platform is based on backtested and forward-tested data which may not reflect actual user results.
Your exchange API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. We only request trade permissions and never request withdrawal access. However, you are responsible for configuring your API keys with appropriate permissions and IP restrictions on your exchange.
MedusaEdge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: trading losses, exchange outages, API failures, delayed execution, system downtime, or any other aspect of automated trading.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by disabling auto-trading and disconnecting your exchange keys.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
